NEW - Food as Medicine, Saturday 3rd October 2020

Weight loss. Have you ever tried all diets and foods to reduce weight or keep healthy? With no results? The answer lies in your body type or Dosha. The Dosha is a combination of the 5 elements and each person can be either vata ( air and ether), pitta (fire) or Kapha ( earth) or a combination.

Doshas. Each of the three Doshas present in humans is specific to  the types of foods we consume. Incorrect foods for certain Doshic types can mean weight gain and increased imbalances within the body. This is how disease is manifested.

At this workshop you will:

1. Determine your body type ( Dosha)

2. Learn about the foods that are compatible to your Dosha

3. How to prepare quick tasty meals that are suitable to your body type

4. How to improve immunity

5. How to prevent aging

Testimonials from our Participants

Cannot sing enough praises about Vani. She introduced me to Yoga, something I never ventured into before. I visited sessions at Westcroft green in the morning and can not say how great it was. Not only is Vani knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough; she is friendly, warm, and a general joy to be around. After a few yoga sessions, I felt lighter, happier and stronger. I simply can not say enough great things about Vani's classes and her teaching methodologies. It is simply fantastic!

Babita - Milton Keynes

I have attended Vani Moodley's excellent workshop on Ayurveda. Her erudite articulation of the three gunas and how the food we eat impacts on the body helped me in my path of healthy living. The basic yoga & stretch routines that Vani taught helps me even today to keep myself flexible & supple.
The workshop also gave me an insight of homemade remedies.
Thanks to Vani.

Divya B. - Milton Keynes
I am currently a university student, and came to Prana Wellness for help because I was finding it difficult to absorb and remember things, and my concentration was relatively poor. I was prescribed breathing techniques and daily meditation specific to my condition. Within a week, I felt more energetic, was able to concentrate for longer periods, and as a result my memory also improved. This was reflected in my exam results, and I can't thank Vani enough!
